SIA Door Supervisor (Refresher) + First Aid
This Door Supervisor Refresher course is designed for individuals who already hold an SIA Door Supervisor licence and need to renew it in order to continue working in the private security industry.
The course ensures learners stay up to date with the latest SIA requirements, legislation, and industry best practices.
During the course, you will refresh your knowledge of key areas such as the role and responsibilities of a Door Supervisor, current legislation, and how to carry out effective and lawful searching procedures.
You will also complete practical physical intervention training, focusing on safe and lawful techniques, risk awareness, and how to protect both yourself and others when dealing with challenging situations.
Assessments:
The Door Supervisor course includes practical assessments and 2 multiple-choice (MCQ) exams that must be successfully completed to achieve the qualification.

First Aid
The course also includes Emergency First Aid training, where you will learn how to respond to medical emergencies, perform CPR, use an AED, and deal with common injuries such as bleeding, choking, and shock. After successfully completing the course and assessments, you will be able to renew your SIA Door Supervisor licence and continue working in roles such as door supervision, event security, and other positions within the private security industry.
