SIA Door Supervisor + First Aid

This course is designed for individuals who want to obtain their SIA licence and begin a career in the private security industry as a Door Supervisor. 

On this course, you will learn about the role and responsibilities of a Door Supervisor and gain an understanding of SIA licensing requirements, relevant legislation, and the legal powers and limitations that apply to security professionals, including arrests, searching, and the use of reasonable force. 

You will also develop conflict management skills, learning how to recognise potential conflict, communicate effectively, and use de-escalation techniques to resolve situations safely and professionally. 

The course includes practical physical intervention training, where you will learn safe and lawful restraint techniques and how to manage challenging situations while protecting yourself and others. 

Assessments:

The Door Supervisor course includes practical assessments and 4 multiple-choice (MCQ) exams that must be successfully completed to achieve the qualification.

All our courses include FREE EXAM RETAKES if needed

First Aid

You will also complete Emergency First Aid training, covering CPR, the use of an AED, and how to respond to common medical emergencies. By the end of the course, you will be prepared to apply for your SIA Door Supervisor licence and begin working in the security industry.
